Product Reviews are back! It’s been a while since we posted a review, but to be fair, it’s been a minute since I’ve tried a new product that warranted rave.

Recently, I noticed that my eyes were starting to show more signs of aging. Laughter, squinting, and just plain getting old, the area around our eyes can tell stories. The goal is for them to only be good ones!

Mintbiology has developed an effective, cost-friendly, and very cool solution that aims to perk up your eyes without putting a strain on your budget. The Seaweed Collagen Eye Treatment Masks are fun, affordable, and they work. For less than $2.00 per treatment, these quick and easy appliqués get right to business in less than thirty minutes.

The patches come in individually packaged pairs (one for each eye) with 15 pairs in each box. They are conveniently packaged in teardrop-shaped hard plastic, swimming in collagen-based liquid, then wrapped with gold colored metallic outer covering to keep the contents moist and supple until ready for use.

User note: do yourself a favor and act on the recommended “refrigerate” before use. Popping them into the fridge for 30-60 minutes ahead of time gives you an added extra pick-me-up and leaves your eyes feeling refreshed. Put them on after a good facial polishing, making sure that all eye makeup (including mascara) is removed before application, and leave them on for 20-30 minutes while you have your matcha. Remove the patches, discard them, and gently massage the rest of the collagen syrup into your skin (do not wash that goodness down the drain!).

I was first introduced to Mintbiology via Curator’s quarterly box; however, I have since researched alternative purchase options (including directly from the Mintbiology website) and yes dear reader, you can get them on Amazon as well as other health and beauty sites. I was pleasantly surprised about the cost across the board. Very economical and convenient with high-impact results.

These masks are pure gold, more specifically, 24K. I love them and hope you do too.
