First, let me start off by saying I am NOT in any way shape or form a health and fitness professional and utilizing practicing professionals within the health and fitness community is a great way to help improve your overall life and is always highly recommended! The health and well-being blog at Dutch Moore Living is devoted to the mental, emotional, psychological, and physical health and wellness of the modern-day human.
We’ll cover a wide range of topics from the difference between health and wellness, quick and easy nutrient-based foods and recipes, a vast variety of workout routines, and even shout-outs to a wide variety of workouts beyond the traditional gym setting, plus active mindfulness in personal development and what “your healthy self” looks like.
I could literally talk about health, fitness, and wellness all day; it’s one of my main passions in life (coupled with art and travel) and has always proven to be a major game changer in my life for the better. No matter how bad my day is, I can almost always counteract it with a gym session to help re-establish my cognitive brain function and mood, helping to release any tension or anxiety I might carry throughout the day. It gives me a sense of accomplishment after each session.
We hope to build a relationship with our viewers and subscribers as well as each other to bridge a community of support because let’s be honest — most days are hard due to daily life alone, and wanting to build the motivation to get up and go to the gym feels impossible most days. Having a support-based system is very important to help get things going for the better (like most things in life!). Together I think we can achieve that!
So, in the words of singer songwriter Haley Reinhart, let’s “hit the ground running!”
